Useful Information

Dress code for the Opening Breakfast and Awards Reception is business casual (no shorts please). The individual league meetings are casual. Bring plenty of business cards and ideas to share throughout the AGM.

Attendees must arrive in time for the Opening Breakfast (mandatory) and should plan to depart after scheduling on Monday. These are set for:

Opening Breakfast: Saturday, Nov. 17th, 8:30a.m.
Scheduling: Monday, Nov. 19th, 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m.

New team orientation begins midday on Friday, and executive committee meetings will be on Friday afternoon.

Last day to make your hotel reservation is October 10th. *Please note that the AGM will be in conjunction with the Super Y-League Finals, so the hotel will be filling up fast.*
