This session is a panel discussion revolving around how specific countries view and execute player development from the youth ranks to professional level. Tentative members of the panel will be Thadeu Goncalves (Brazil), Agostinho Oliveira (Portugal), and Alan Shearer (England).

Tony Simoes will take a look at the specific role coaches take when identifying and developing talent.  The seminar will identify key things you should be cognizant of when evaluating players.

Coaches deal with an array of personalities on and off the field.  This classroom session will suggest tactics and other exercises that could make your team a cohesive group, ways to create a positive team environment and methods for diffusing tense situations.

This classroom session consists of a brief discussion focusing on the proper training regiment for athletes of all ages.  Mark Gochenour, Executive Director of the High Intensity Training Center , will direct this informative session.  He will shed light on issues such as recognizing player fatigue while touching on techniques that will maximize your time with your players.

This seminar will be focused on training activities that help stimulate the creative nature in players.  With so much emphasis on playing structured, tactical soccer, Brazilian coach Thadeu Gonclaves will demonstrate winning practices that will allow players to play within a system while playing freely.
