DATES: November 22-23, 2008

LOCATION: Ed Radice Sports Complex

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Space is limited. To ensure a spot, please register ASAP, but no later than Wednesday, November 5th. Teams registering after November 5th may or may not be accommodated depending on the age group/gender.

FORMAT: Each team will play a minimum of three games

YOUTH DIVISIONS: U8-U19 Boys, U8-U19 Girls; *Players must carry birth certificate throughout tournament

ADULT DIVISIONS: Open Men, Open Coed, Open Women; *Must be at least 18 yrs of age (driver's license necessary)

MAX PLAYERS PER TEAM: 9 on the team, 5 on the field (including goalkeeper)

REGISTRATION FEE: $240 per team
